These Terms of Use govern your use of the HolyLife Hospital website, Patient Portal, HOLI (our Central Intelligence AI) and HolyLife App (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Not for emergencies

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you have an emergency, go to the nearest emergency room or our 24/7 Emergency Room at 19 Pres. Quezon St., Brgy. Rosario, Pasig City, or call (02) 8748-3501 loc. 105.

Medical information

Content on the Services, including responses from HOLI, is for general information and convenience only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor about your health.

Appointments

Appointment requests made online are subject to confirmation by our staff. Doctor schedules may change without prior notice. Please call to confirm before your visit.

Your account

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login details confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Access only your own records, or those you are legally authorized to access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access other people's information, disrupting the Services, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The HolyLife name, logo and content of the Services belong to HolyLife Hospital and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, HolyLife is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the online Services. This does not limit our responsibilities for medical care provided at the hospital.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
